SHIPPING:
We'll ship almost anything on our site to anywhere in the United States for free with a purchase order of $25.00*.

- Free 2-Day Shipping on orders over $75 within the United States
* Free shipping may be excluded on certain items. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations or P.O.Boxes, due to size and signature requirement.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
We aim to meet our delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or forces of nature events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
US STANDARD SHIPPING:
• Your order may be sent on a non-trackable shipping service.
• Your parcel will arrive within 6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you place your order.
• We'll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has left our warehouse. You can also track your order by logging into 'My Account' and viewing your most recent orders. Just click 'Track This Order' and you'll be directed to the tracking page.
• Your order may arrive anytime between 7am and 9pm.
• If you're not in when your parcel arrives, USPS will leave your parcel in your mailbox or on your porch. If this isn't possible, it will be left at your local post office and they'll leave you a card to tell you where it is.
• Deliveries are not made on public holidays, so you can expect your order to arrive the next working day.
*NOTE: BrandsWalk cannot be responsible for packages that are lost/stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier, unless we make a mistake on the shipping address. If you are fearful that your package will not arrive safely then you may arrange to have insurance added to your order. Please email us if you would like that option!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – ONLINE SHIPPING QUOTATION:
We welcome opportunities to send our merchandise offerings Internationally. If in doubt, please contact us by telephone or email for a review of shipping method/cost calculation, etc. using the standard International rates shown at checkout (where available). These are estimates of shipping costs only. We make every effort to present these rates/costs accurately, but cannot guarantee them. They are subject to a “confirmation of terms of sale” which we email you subsequent to your placing an order online. If we are unable to contact you (for any reason) in order to settle and agree on shipping terms within a “reasonable time period” (example: one week), we will void/reverse the transaction and cancel the order. International orders are shipped via USPS first class mail (typically 10-12 business days). Please keep in mind that these ship times are estimates and occasionally items get hung up in customs, delaying delivery times.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES FOR NON-CONTIGUOUS STATES AND TERRITORIES (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands):
Shipping and handling charges are based on the shipping address entered at checkout. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost for non-contiguous US states and territories. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared for shipment by our team.We will notify you via email if there is an increase in the shipping charge for your order prior to shipping out the package. DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes that are imposed by foreign governments. BrandsWalk has no control over this. When applicable, you will be required to pay these duties and taxes for your country at the time of delivery. If you refuse or abandon your package, no refund will be issued.
PAYPAL FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please be advised that if payment is made through PayPal and for any reason your order is canceled and refunded “in full” that PayPal retains a fee for the exchange rate.
